Data Deletion Instructions
If you wish to have your account or personal data deleted from the SchoolMode system, please follow the steps below according to your user role.
For Students and Parents
- Data deletion must be initiated through your school.
- Please contact your school administration and request that your SchoolMode account be removed.
- Schools can delete user accounts instantly from the SchoolMode admin dashboard.
For Teachers and School Staff
- Contact your SchoolMode administrator at your school.
- They can delete your account directly from the dashboard at any time.
For Schools (Admins)
If you are a school administrator and need assistance deleting data that you cannot remove via the dashboard:
Send an email to: support@schoolmode.app
Please Include:
- School name
- User email or User ID to be deleted
- Explicit confirmation that you wish us to delete the account and associated data
We will process manual deletion requests within 72 hours.
SchoolMode does not store any data outside Firebase. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.
